Remember, this version is only spec-ed for 3G and make sure the high-speed traces are somewhat tuned for your PCB stackup.
Furthermore, after some more lab use, I found two other issues:

• The DC-DC converter outputs 3.4v which sometimes triggers the VCC_HIGH warning of the DELL FTLX8571D3BCL-FC. While this (in my tests) doesn't directly cause an issue, it does make the fault LED light up. This can be solved by either adjusting the divider directly (5.8k instead of 5.6k) or, if already built, soldering a 220k resistor in parallel to the 10k one which will bring the voltage closer to 3.3v
• Older SFP+ modules tend to heat a lot, so if you stack them, make sure to either space them accordingly or add a small fan. Personally, I used 10 mm heat sinks on the very end of the module with a small 40 mm fan

Beyond the schematics and PCB layouts in the Github, do you have a BOM or any other documentation that you could please share to assist me in producing some boards of my own? Am I able to take the PCB file as it is and upload that to an online service such as PCBWay and have them produced directly? Thanks for your assistance, David
