I actually designed a V3 a long while ago, but I wasn't satisfied with it and didn't have time to continue. I might continue if I can found some time.

Wanna know what I used to do for DIY wireless audio? Just shoved S/PDIF straight into the video input of an oldskool 2.4GHz analogue video sender! I didn't do any jitter measurements or anything but it sounded clean and worked for hundreds of meters outside.
