Did someone break Fork?

Did someone break Fork? It used to work fine, but now it's giving an error. Can you explain if this happens or why it's now giving this error when trying to compile the engine?

This happens now if I create a fork from GeneralsGameCode and run it. I get an error immediately, even if I don't change anything. This error never happened before. Does anyone know what needs to be done to fix this?

To solve this problem, you need to follow this path.

The weekly release failed for the same reason. So it looks like there's currently something broken on our end.
