Add player money/rank/XP display for match Observers

Enhance the observer/replay experience to show each player’s cash, rank and XP. GenTool introduced a Money Display for match observers and added each player’s rank and team.

Implement an overlay for observers that lists all players and their current cash, as well as their rank/XP (so you can tell if someone is e.g. Rank 3).
This will greatly improve the information available to commentators and spectators.
