Cursor stuck inside GUIEdit workspace

Bug Description

Since #1541 the cursor can only be moved inside the workspace (the options located on the upper side of the interface are unreachable).

Reproduction Steps

1. Open GUIEdit.
2. Move cursor to the upper or bottom side.

I cannot reproduce this. Did you use the latest prerelease version (week 2)?

I'm using latest commit as of now (2bbf902). CursorCaptureMode is set to Auto.

I can confirm this observation. Mouse was unconfined after tabbing out and back once.
