Black area with increased camera height

Bug Description

The latest weekly build (27-03-26) introduced a black area when the camera height is increase via GameData.ini. This has not been an issue previously.

Reproduction Steps

1. Set the following settings in GameData.ini

  CameraHeight = 800.0
  MaxCameraHeight = 800.0
  MinCameraHeight = 400.0

2. Set resolution to 3840x2160 (4k)
3. Start the game and a new skirmish

I've replicated this locally. As a temporary workaround, does the issue persist if you try either of these settings?

1. "DrawEntireTerrain = yes"
2. Not making CameraHeight and MaxCameraHeight the same.

The resolution doesn't seem to matter on my machine.

This is how it looks with

CameraHeight = 800.0
MaxCameraHeight = 900.0
MinCameraHeight = 400.0

and

DrawEntireTerrain = yes
