About The Pull Request
Adds an event that spawns syndicate battle cruiser.
Cruiser itself is powered by supermatter engine.
The event can trigger only after 1 hour and only if the server has more than 70 active players.
Ship contains 13 "ghost-role spawners" that work similarly to pirates' event, though for the cruiser to actually spawn you will need at least 5 candidates first.
The armory contains 1 mauler, 1 bag of C4 and X4, 2 grenadier's belts, a lot of other explosives and a good amount of ballistic weapons for at least 11 people.
This PR also adds energy crowbar unique to engineers(2) that spawn on the cruiser and upgrades energy wrench by a bit.
Why It's Good For The Game
First of all, it makes your favourite greenshifts, or very long rounds, end up in a very interesting manner if you are lucky enough.
That means the end of 2+ hours shifts, unless the crew is, in fact, ready to fight.
In my opinion, antag variety is a perfect thing to have in ss13 and not only that, but unlike other late events, such as lone op or space ninja, it gives a fun event for the whole server, and if your local crew on the station can't destroy the cruiser with advanced weaponry you MUST have at 1-hour mark, maybe at least 13 syndicate operatives will have fun.
