Download just ArenaScout.Setup.0.1.4.exe - that's the only file you need. SHA256SUMS.txt is an optional integrity proof, and the auto-generated "Source code (zip/tar.gz)" archives below can be ignored.

Windows may show a SmartScreen prompt ("Windows protected your PC") because this app isn't code-signed yet. It is not malware. Click More info -> Run anyway. See the README for details.

A note on antivirus flags

That's a false positive on the installer format - the same Electron/NSIS packaging used by apps like VS Code and Discord - not the code inside. We work to keep these flags as low as we possibly can: we report false positives to the vendors, and code-signing (which clears them) is on the roadmap. We are not shipping a virus or anything malicious - and you shouldn't have to just take our word for it.
