Update docs to clarify that telemetry events like choice_selected are emitted by the runtime/player (web/demo/js/inkrunner.js) and do not require content-level tags such as #choice_selected in Ink files.
Why: we validated this via an experiment (PR #114) removing choice tags from web/stories/demo.ink and confirmed Telemetry.emit calls still occur; tests and Playwright E2E passed.
Changes: docs/InkJS_README.md updated with runtime telemetry note.
Assigning Scribbler to update authoring guidance if we want to add recommended content tags for human readability.
