Objectives erroneously shown for completed quests

With "Show chore objectives" set to "All" or "Incomplete", objectives are shown even for quests which are complete (which I do not think is intended). This definitely happens with the Superbloom quest, but could probably happen for other quests with objectives.

Steps to reproduce:

1. In ChoreTracker options, set "Show chore objectives" to "All" or "Incomplete", and ensure "Superbloom" is enabled.
2. Accept and complete the Superbloom quest.
   -- Observe: Superbloom displays as completed (expected), but objectives display underneath it (not expected).
