Update the weather data every 10 minutes reloads the whole screen with update progress line

Hi all,
i'm not sure if this really a bug or normal beheavier. But every 10 minutes on x:05:35, x:15:35 and so on it looks like the system is doing a restart. A update progress is visible and the whole screen is reloading. Is this normal or is it possible to supress it? It can be a little bit irritating.

That is normal behavior.

The clock is updated through a scheduler and the clockTask which calls drawTimeAndDate: https://github.com/ThingPulse/esp32-weather-station-touch/blob/master/src/main.cpp#L66.

For everything else there's a simple condition in the loop that calls repaint every 10 minutes: https://github.com/ThingPulse/esp32-weather-station-touch/blob/master/src/main.cpp#L98-L101
