This thread should highlight the tested external Audio Interfaces, if they work, what issues they have.
Interface Requirements
- Needs to be class-compliant
- Needs to support 48kHz Sample Rate (v1.1.1 adds a compatibility mode for 44.1kHz only devices like the Dirtywave M8)
- Must have at least 1 Input and 2 Outputs (stereo)
- If Bus-powered make sure it draws less than 5W. If in doubt use an powered USB-Hub

Does not support 48kHz only 44,1kHz |

Mapping is a bit strange, Sound from Track8 is only played back through Op-1 if external recording is set to USB |
| AXE I/O Solo |

Works, but needs a powered USB hub because this device is Bus powered and draws more than Track8 can provide via USB-A |
| AudioFuse 16Rig |

Does not work, is advertised as class-compliant but it's actually not |

Audio and Midi works. To get the Virus internal audio on the outputs you need to switch to Multi mode, then shift + edit and set the output. Virus can then play the Tape audio and mix it with its internal audio. |

Works bus powered. No need for a powered USB Hub. |

Sample rate probably stuck at 44,1kHz |

Has to be set to Interface Mode [CC] in SETUP/REV ---> Options ---> Hardware/Diagnosis ---> Interface Mode [CC]. |

PlugAndPlay, 64/64 Interface. Midi interface (CME U6MIDI Pro) can be connected to the second USB-C port for MIDI over USB. 848 and 10pre probably work as well, as they share the same platform. |
