What we will not claim until the first real drive

Honesty policy: a feature is only "proven" after it worked on the real car. "Built + tested" means the code ran end-to-end against a real or simulated counterpart but has not met the physical vehicle.

Proven (running daily, on real hardware):

• @gle room agent: mentions, grounded answers, presence
• owner's-manual RAG with page citations
• phone dashboard served by the car
• hands-free voice (VAD + whisper.cpp on the Pi)
• self-update from this repo
• dial-out reachability behind NAT

Built, fake-gateway only:

• DoIP OBD over ENET (RPM, coolant, speed, voltage)
• zero-touch watcher posts the result by itself
• unverified against the 2020 GLE. The car's side of that handshake has never been tested.

Not wired:

• dashcam clip pull (WOLFBOX G900 API is mapped, pipeline is not)
• MBUX dashboard render

One drive settles OBD either way: phone hotspot on, Pi powered, ENET in the OBD port, ignition on. Within a few minutes @gle posts live engine numbers or the exact step the car refused. Either result is the answer. We will update this thread when that happens.
