This PR aligns the dependency requirements for the Rust crate with the ones used in protoc-rs to generate the code to use the same minor version. That should prevent the generated code being different than what is expected by
prostandtonic.Depends on ThinkParQ/protoc-rs#2 having version tag v0.5.0
