There isn't a supported way to supply a GitHub access token in Keystatic's GitHub storage config. That mode uses a GitHub App: the config accepts the repository, plus optional path and branch prefixes, and Keystatic obtains each user's token through the app's OAuth flow.

Set storage to { kind: 'github', repo: 'owner/repo' }, visit /keystatic, and complete the GitHub App setup. It creates the client ID, client secret, Keystatic secret, and app-slug environment variables. Users then sign in with GitHub and need write access to the repository.
