Summary

Admin improvements for call retention, API key upload monitoring, and several config save fixes.

Added

  • Per-system and per-talkgroup call retention — override global Prune Days (talkgroup → system → global).
  • API key no-audio monitoring (phase 1) — per-key upload liveness alerts to system admins when enabled.

Fixed

  • User Groups Add System button and save validation.
  • Transcription hallucination confidence threshold persistence.
  • API key monitoring edge cases (ingest timing, monitor restarts, alert dedup, grace period).
  • Retention override save/preserve paths in Options, system save, and Copilot.
