Tracks Symbiont runtime v1.11.0. Bumps symbiont/__init__.py __version__ from 1.10.0 to 1.11.0 (pyproject.toml reads the version dynamically from that attribute). SDK HTTP surface is backward-compatible with v1.10.x; no client code changes required. SKILL.md bumped from the stale 0.6.0 to 1.11.0. CHANGELOG: new [1.11.0] - 2026-04-24 entry documenting the ruff tests fix and the README rewrite. Verified: ruff check clean. Full CI matrix (Python 3.8-3.12) will run on the PR.
