UI issue - Navigation bar does not change with theme

I am using the AMOLED theme but the the Navigation bar is the same as the light mode.

Suggestion
Here's how another open source app is doing this. The navigation bar background changes colour when the theme is changed to match the AMOLED or dark mode colour.

I think changing "android:navigationBarColor" in the theme can fix it. Here's the commit for how it was fixed on another app. Hope this helps.

Same here with hydrogen OS 11 (based on Android 11) and openhub 3.2.0.
