Plugin Registry

Related to #108 - We should have a plugin registry on https://thoriumsim.com. Here's how I envision it working:

• Folks work on a new plugin within the Thorium Nova app, adding assets and configuration
• They give their plugin a name and version number.
• They sign into Thorium Nova with their Thorium account
• They click the "Publish Plugin" button.
• Thorium Nova checks with the registry to see if there is already a plugin by this author with the same version number. If there is, it tells the author to increase the version number.
• Thorium Nova packages their plugin in a .zip file and uploads it to the registry. It also creates a new database record for this plugin.
• Optional: There is some kind of vetting process before plugins are approved to limit the amount of spam or illicit content.
• The plugin is available within the Thorium Nova app, letting users view all of the plugins and download new ones.
• Plugins can be updated, and users of that plugin can see plugins that have new updates and download them.

A few questions:

• How important is it that plugins are vetted and approved?
• Should plugin authors be able to monetize their plugins, eg. put a price tag on the plugin?
• Should there be any efforts made towards DRM for plugins?
• Any other thoughts or considerations around this?
