RM-208: Also display your selected active server subscriptions in the premium server select

Description

RM-208
Updated backend and frontend logic to permit users to select servers for premium entitlements even if they no longer have admin permissions, as long as those servers already have active subscriptions. This improves flexibility for managing premium server selections.

Testing

You need a 3 server subscription, in /premium/select-servers select a server you have ticket admin in, remove yourself as a ticket admin, reload your server list, go to /premium/select-servers again and the selected server should still show even tho you don't have permissions for it, you can now unselect it without any issues
