FIX: console errors

This PR fixes 2 console errors and removes 2 unnecessary console.logs

Testing

1. Console error happens when going into a transcript (or open ticket) with the bot having branding (since the logo in the footer is from https://tickets.bot/assets/img/logo.png)

2. Console error happens when going into editing a panel, the error is just a simple null issue for style, fixed with a simpel check

3. I also removed 2 unnecessary console.logs
