Welcome to the Livewell wiki!

Version 1

Choose language/framework?

Kotlin

ReactNative

Flutter

Make sure it works first

  • Will only really focus on resistance training, cardio, and diet.

Manual Logging

  • Workouts
    • Date (dd/mm/yyyy)
    • Duration
      • Only save start and end time for efficiency? Or save duration as well?
    • Routine/Template Name
      • Notes
        • Universal
        • Persists
        • Temporary
    • Contents of Workout
      • Exercise Name
        • Notes
          • Universal
          • Persists
          • Temporary
        • Resistance Training
          • Sets
            • Warmup
            • Superset
            • Failure
          • Reps
            • Quick adjust and numpad like in Strong
            • Copies to all sets
          • Rest Time
            • Copies to all sets
        • Cardio
          • Duration
          • Distance
          • Pace
          • Calories
        • RPE (RIR is not subjective? what's the difference?)
        • REPEAT

IN PROGRESS - rest times - E.g. = 1, - cardio/sports - Type - Endurance - Explosive - Tempo - rest times? - Recovery - Leisure - distance - pace - bpm - o2? - RPE equivalent - REPEAT - Calories Spent - Pictures of your Workout like in Strava OR a link to your picture saved as a different file if you were to download your workout logs.

  • Meals (refer to cookwell, opennutritracker, cronometer, and more)
  • Macros then Micros, easy input with a numpad and a key specifically for units with built in calculator that calculates nutrition for quantity depending on your nutrition data

From a GitHub repo on food

  • When buying groceries, you can save it in your “Foodstores/Pantry” in the app

  • Recipe searcher based on things you already have in your pantry

    • Fitting your remaining macros and micros
  • Sleep

Save on device in Markdown/.csv form

QOL Improvements

Future

Web, Desktop and Linux Phone Support

Athlete Training

  • I just don't really know that much about it.

Mood/Stress Tracking

  • Sort of like the one made by these Ivy League students that are in a sort of grid of coloured circles. Kind of like the political compass of emotions.
  • I can't find the source for this and I'm not even sure they're Ivy League students.

Distant Future

Native builds for performance if this project ever gets big enough

  • Swift - iOS
  • Kotlin - Android
  • C++ - MacOS, Windows, and Linux.
