Update travis ci to use the same march/mtune conda uses. This will give some performance boost compared to the older
x86_64march we used. This is at the cost of slight compatibility but no one uses a cpu older than core2 will get decent performance anyway. Any specific user can always build from source instead of using the maven published packages.
