Maybe time to drop iOS 11 support

I didn't realize it supports such an old OS! But just got this warning in xcode 26:

Ahh, that's news to me. I was wondering when Xcode would start hard-deprecating some of the older versions this library supported.

Considering some folks have also been reporting that the library isn't working properly in light/dark mode, I wonder if it's time to deprecate iOS 12 as well so we can officially move to using semantic colors for this thing.

I'll fix this for the time being anyway. Thanks for that!

Okay folks! I've just put out a new release that officially deprecated iOS 11 and removed all of the older legacy code around it. The tagging and pod versions are all updated now, so if you do a fresh pull, the warnings should go away.

If you encounter any issues, please let me know in a new issue so we can track them there!
