[v3.0.0] Crop view broken on Mac Catalyst

Describe the bug
Crop view doesn't fill the screen on Mac Catalyst.
v2.8.0 and earlier worked fine.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Launch TOCropViewControllerExample app on Mac.

Expected behavior
Crop view fills the screen.

The crop border still goes under the toolbar and cannot be dragged.

Oh dear. Okay. Unfortunately I don't have Tahoe installed on any of my Macs yet, so I can't repro this yet. If you can help, that'd be great!

It's possible that there is some additional padding I need to add in the insetting calculation code. If you can play with that code and file a PR, that would be a great help.
