A Semi-Complete Rewrite of TerrainControl. There are parts that are well written and parts that I feel should not be changed in the interest of time and sanity as well as the matter of backwards compatability for BO2's and BO3's. Other parts can be cleaned up and re-written for better maintainability as well as programmer sanity.
Essentially, I want the plugin to do things and have features that i feel some people may not want or think too complicated so I am making my own version for me and anyone else that finds it useful :P
