Workflow models. First take at an approach for exposing plugins to django. Add the Workers table. ID needs to be marked as a primary key. Add django support for the jobs table. Convert all JSON columns in core and plugins to JSONB, as the JSON column type is not supported by Django's JSONField. First attempt at exposing django models.
