This PR implements the automatic Pull Request Labeler workflow using
actions/labeler@v5, referencing the setup inToAmano/flatexpy.Changes
.github/workflows/labeler.ymlto trigger theactions/labeler@v5workflow onpull_request_target..github/labeler.ymlconfig mapping changed files to labels (Python,Docs,Examples,Test,CICD) based on the structure ofcellify.
