- remove the stale checklist note claiming cleanup-smoke still depends on pnpm openclaw ...
- update the focused checklist doc test to match current main reality
- preserve package, cleanup-smoke, runtime, service, sync, and workflow behavior
- verification passed:
- pnpm check
- pnpm vitest run test/mirror-split-readiness-checklist-doc.test.ts
