Notebook duplication (Android)

When open on android phone from the downloads folder the save prompt says "Would you like to download again" confirming the download saves a notebook (1).html copy instead of replacing the original.

Potential fix? url set caching flags and enforce notebook.html file name: Commit ad38df7 - failed.

Potential workaround timestamp downloads and inform user about the behaviour of Android's filesystem.
