Merge patch v1.0.1 with main branch

Patch to fix crashing of app when users submit admixture and coordinates files with different column headings for the Site, Individual, Lat and Lon columns.

• Users can now submit admixture file with any column heading and this will be converted to the column name expected by ggplot after successful upload.
• Users can now submit coordinates file with any column heading and this will be converted to the column name expected by ggplot after successful upload.

Minor:

• Removal of some redundant code and comments.
• Update version number of badge in navbar.
