Star Tracker Microcontroller

This project is designed to be able to read an image an observe the pointing position of the camera. It is designed to be lightweight so it can be stored on a microcontroller and be run at fast speeds.

The project is designed for a cubesat to orientate itself, however, it is also capable of working in any project as it has a computer simulation program. Some applications may be:

• Pointing direction of a telescope on the ground.
• Pointing direction of a cubesat in orbit.
• Identifying a location in the night sky from previously taken images.
