I added an Introduction and a collapsible section within providing a brief introduction to Promises. It is not clear however how my introduction is better than a myriad other tutorials one can find on the Internet with a straightforward Google search. Let me know if you think it doesn't belong here.
Also ran the docs through a spellchecker, fixed the documentation for dbPlot as discussed in the meeting, and made a few other minor corrections.
