When 'Dynamic' markers are selected, map marker sizes to the range [0:15], similar to how colormap works. Also fix marker sizes not being updated when the event is changed.
Also change the color of PMTs

When switching to 3D view, orient the camera so that up is along the maps2d.y axis (z by default, y for WCTE).
