PR_26171_034 style idea board chevrons inline

Summary

• Renders the Idea Board chevron as an inline masked span inside the Idea cell instead of an external image.
• Sizes the chevron to 1em and paints it with currentColor so it matches the Idea text size and color.
• Updates targeted Playwright checks to verify inline layout, matching color, matching text size, and up/down SVG mask state.
