Convert NPTLangevinState to inherit from MDState and not StateSim

Context:
NPTLangevinState currently inherits from StateSim. There are not bugs, but it is inconsistent with the other states (example: NVT/NPTNoseHooverState which inherits from MDState).

This will be easy to fix
