SevenNet Model doesn't accept `str | Path` in model interface

Unlike all other interfaces, the SevenNet interface doesn't accept str | path in the interface. It'd be nice if it did to make it more uniform with the rest of the package and not require an explicit sevenn import.

@YutackPark (creator of SevenNet) or @CompRhys (added interface) would it be straightforward to make the interface accept a string or Path?

SevenNet can easily convert str | Path into a pytorch model

from sevenn.util import load_checkpoint
cp = load_checkpoint(str_or_path)
model = cp.build_model()

It automatically downloads and parses pretrained model names such as 7net-mf-ompa. However, there might exist some pitfall regarding modalities so we should check.
