docs: document mucomDotNET extensions, current limits and CPU modes
Replace ASCII box diagrams with Mermaid The two flow diagrams were drawn with box-drawing characters inside a fenced code block. Those characters are East-Asian "ambiguous width", so a browser that falls back to a CJK font renders them at double width, while Hangul and Kana are already double width. The Korean and Japanese pages therefore had their box borders land in the wrong column; only the pure-ASCII English pages lined up. Both diagrams (Home and Workflow, en/ko/ja) are now Mermaid flowcharts, which GitHub renders as real vector graphics with no column alignment to get wrong. Fix sidebar layout and remove links to unwritten pages - _Sidebar.md: links were bare lines, which Markdown collapsed into one run-on paragraph. Rewritten as bullet lists, one page per line. - Sidebar and Home now link only pages that exist. The seven pages still being written are listed as plain text so nothing lands on a 404 or on GitHub's create-page editor. - Workflow (en/ko/ja): the FM Voices and Troubleshooting cross-references pointed at pages that do not exist yet; replaced with upstream links.
