Keep tracedb license language consistent
This updated bullet now says tracedb is Apache-2.0 licensed, but the same README still states a few lines later that the core repository is source-available under FSL-1.1-ALv2 with only a future Apache-2.0 grant. In the org profile README, that leaves users with two mutually exclusive license descriptions for the same repository, so the license update is incomplete unless the Boundaries section is updated to match.
