CookTrace v1.0.3: Backups Work in Single-User Mode

Just released CookTrace v1.0.3. Signed APK attached to the release (cooktrace-v1.0.3.apk, same shared TraceApps keystore as every prior release, so it upgrades in place). Docker images publishing to GHCR at ghcr.io/traceapps/cooktrace:1.0.3, :1.0, :1, :latest.

Fixed

• Backups, SMTP config, and other admin panels now work in single-user mode. With User Management turned off, several admin endpoints returned 403 "Admin only" even though there is only one user, who is effectively the owner. Fourteen previously-broken admin routes come back to life: Full Backup (create/list/download/restore/delete/schedule/upload-restore), app-config load + save, SMTP test-email, OFF-local snapshot refresh + schedule, and the admin server-update-available banner. LiftTrace already had this fix; CookTrace and NutriTrace are catching up.
