Trace Commons contributor apps.

macOS: signed with Iqlusion Inc's Developer ID and notarized by
Apple. Universal build (Apple silicon and Intel). You can also
brew tap TraceCommons/tap && brew install --cask trace-commons.

Windows: two assets, both Authenticode-signed via Azure Trusted
Signing and RFC3161 timestamped.
trace-commons-app-windows-x86_64-*.zip is the desktop app --
unzip it and run TraceCommons.exe; it is self-contained, so
there is no runtime to install first.
trace-commons-windows-x86_64-*.zip is the command-line
contributor.

Windows app: install the signed MSIX from
https://storage.googleapis.com/tracecommons-flatpak/windows/TraceCommons.appinstaller
Windows keeps it up to date from that same address afterwards.

Linux: install the GPG-signed flatpak with
flatpak install --from https://storage.googleapis.com/tracecommons-flatpak/ai.tracecommons.Contributor.flatpakref

Nothing leaves your machine until you approve an upload.
