Feature Request: Allow/block app internet access separately for Wi‑Fi and mobile data

Thank you for your great work on TrackerControl. I would like to request a per-app network policy that distinguishes between Wi‑Fi and mobile data.

Right now, TrackerControl allows an app’s internet access to be enabled or blocked per app. A useful extension would be to support two independent per-app options:

• Internet access allowed on Wi‑Fi
• Internet access allowed on mobile data
  (Internet off: uncheck both options)

A per-network rule would make TrackerControl more flexible without changing the basic privacy model.
It would be especially useful for apps that are acceptable on Wi‑Fi but should not consume mobile data.

I personally want to prevent selected apps from using cellular data because:

• they consume too much data and reduce my data allowance
• they can slow down connectivity in areas with poor reception
