I’m Gary Doman, the developer behind FreeEQ8, a free open-source JUCE/C++ equalizer plugin.

I’m looking for honest technical feedback from plugin validation / host-testing developers on:

• VST3/AU validation behavior
• real-time safety concerns
• analyzer/UI performance
• dynamic EQ / linear-phase / oversampling behavior
• packaging and validation expectations
• pluginval compatibility expectations
