Aggregate Code Refactoring

Refactor aggregate code within each service to have the following structure:

• Each aggregate class will represent the state of the aggregate
• Methods that interact with the aggregate (reading or writing) will become extension methods

This change will afferct the following services

• messging service
• callback handler
• transaction processor
• estate management
• file processor
