Updated the `EstateReportingRepository` to load the operator using `transaction.OperatorId` instead of the `domainEvent`, improving accuracy. Changed the save method from `SaveChangesAsync` to `SaveChangesWithDuplicateHandling` to enhance data integrity by managing potential duplicates.
