Merchant Integration tests

There are currently 4 merchant integration tests

MerchantContractManagement
MerchantDeviceManagement
MerchantOperatorManagement
MerchantPRTest

Can you look at these tests and see why they all fail.

They are atm all getting the same error at the VerifyMerchantDetailsAreInTheList step
