Upgraded Duende IdentityServer, Microsoft.AspNetCore, EntityFrameworkCore, Shared, ClientProxyBase, and test-related packages to latest versions across all projects. Improved GitHub Actions workflow by running tests in Release mode, generating .trx logs, and adding steps to publish and upload test results artifacts for better CI visibility and traceability.
