Renamed EventHandlerMissing to EventHandlerIsMissing and introduced a dedicated EventHandlerMissing method for improved handling and logging. Updated all references and cleaned up namespaces. Adjusted comment in ClientProxyBase_PUT.cs to match HTTP call implementation.
