Transaction Events are stuck in the parked queue.

Replaying them give this error in profiler, this probably needs to be silently handled or an update performed if makes sense:

Cannot insert duplicate key row in object 'dbo.transaction' with unique index 'IX_transaction_TransactionId'. The duplicate key value is (f5320a25-8dc2-400a-b657-c9d87e43703c).

Violation of PRIMARY KEY constraint 'PK_transactionadditionalresponsedata'. Cannot insert duplicate key in object 'dbo.transactionadditionalresponsedata'. The duplicate key value is (3b8fe436-4876-494d-a707-8b1531cc9437).
