Updated multiple NuGet package references across the solution, including EntityFrameworkCore, IdentityModel, Swashbuckle, coverlet, and Shared libraries, to newer minor versions. Upgraded test and integration packages (Reqnroll, NUnit, etc.). Regenerated Operator.feature.cs to use unique table variable names due to Reqnroll tooling update. No functional code changes; all updates are dependency version bumps and test code regeneration.
